LeaderHub Return & Refund Policy

At LeaderHub, your satisfaction is our priority. Our LeaderHub return policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, giving you confidence when purchasing our smart whiteboards, interactive flat panels, mini PCs, and portable displays.

LeaderHub Return Window — 30 Days

Our LeaderHub return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. We encourage you to inspect your product immediately upon delivery.

To be eligible for a LeaderHub return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, cables, and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

How to Initiate a LeaderHub Return

To start your LeaderHub return, please contact us at sales09@leaderhub.cn. Our support team will review your request and send you detailed instructions on where and how to ship your product back to us.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may cause delays in processing your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For international LeaderHub return shipments, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. LeaderHub is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

LeaderHub Refund Process

Once your LeaderHub return is received and inspected at our Shenzhen facility, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days of receiving the item.

If your LeaderHub return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (PayPal or credit card) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account — the credit may already be posted
  2. Contact your credit card company — there is often a processing delay before refunds appear officially
  3. Contact your bank — banks sometimes take additional processing time
  4. If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact LeaderHub at sales09@leaderhub.cn

Exchanges

LeaderHub only replaces items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same model, please contact our support team with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for a LeaderHub return:

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items that have been installed, wall-mounted, or show signs of use
  • Products with damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or power surges
  • Custom-configured products ordered for specific business requirements
